Holiday Card for Southern Bride Magazine

Gayle Wheatley, digital I had the opportunity to create this festive card for Southern Bride magazine this season. I had been playing around with sketches for my own holiday card featuring a girl in a candy cane dreamland, and thought this wonderland would be beautiful with a happy bride in her gown and veil, decked out in diamonds, with diamond snow drops falling all around her. This is how it all turned out!

Michelle & Roger’s Wedding

This weekend was Michelle and Roger's wedding....it turned out beautifully....there were thunderstorms the night before and rain the day of...but nothing--save this light sprinkle--at the wedding. Yay!

Southern Bride Wedding Illustration + New Blog Format

For the last year and a half, I have been posting paintings to this blog. Since I am doing more and more illustrations these days, I've decided to add my illustrations to the blog. Illustrations for Southern Bride Magazine

"Wedding Catastrophe" This illustrates a story about the necessity of taking out wedding insurance!

Well, I guess I've got weddings on the brain...in just a couple more days I leave for St. Lucia...so it's definitely appropriate that I just completed two new illustrations for Southern Bride Magazine!
