This project consisted of creating web copy from scratch for a new company. The challenge was to ensure that the content conveyed the technical specificity and overall scope of Titlematch’s on demand products and services, while keeping the information in an easy to understand format, strategically tailored to three distinct target audiences: content owners, retailers, and corporate partners.

DIRECTV | user experience content

For this project I was tasked with rewriting and streamlining the text throughout the DIRECTV user interface and user guide using two distinct voice personalities that provided two different approaches to distributing technical content in a clear and concise manner, completely redefining the user experience.

I provide technical and copywriting services for the User Experience Group at Rovi. This includes copy for specification documents, wireframes, use cases, and user flows, in addition to copy for actual user interfaces spanning handheld devices, such as mobile phones and iPads, video game consoles, TVs, set-top boxes, and the Web. Additionally I provide UX design and information architecture services.

Launched in October of 2008, the site features new articles between 1-5 times per week and attracts a diverse group of devoted, style-conscious, and fiercely adventurous readers from all across the globe.
